Luy and Monica are the best hairstylist anybody could ask for. I have been coming to do my hair color with Luy for the last 2 years and his work is like magic! Mind you I have jet black hair and he is able to transform it to a perfect light color that i desire, and theres no damage and long lasting result. I get compliments on my hair every single day. Thank you Luy for making me more beautiful!

Not only is the atmosphere beautiful, I always walk in and out with a smile on my face because no matter what I know I'm going to come out looking amazing. I can always rely on Tamira for my hair, makeup, and eyebrows. She has taken my hair through many transformations. Some of the styles shes done on me have been featured on Behind the Chair as well as nominated for Top 10 Color Formulas of 2017. From vibrant colors to platinum blonde it always turns out to be a masterpiece. People always stop me on the street to ask about my hair and I always refer them to Tamira. If you're looking for someone who cares and listens to your hair needs ask for Tamira! She is very informative, funny, and kind. Everyone at this salon makes you feel welcomed. I'm giving 5 stars for the cut only on my daughter's hair. We just left this salon first time going. First off i made the appointment for 3:00 and the stylist was with another client still. The women that checked us in never came to say that it was going to be longer waiting. We waited until 3:18 until the stylist came for my daughter. Second of all I was on my phone with my ear bud in when the other customer was leaving in her wheel chair on the ramp. Next thing I see the stylist that is cutting my daughter's hair running to the customer in the wheel chair grabbing her handles of the wheel chair, and she stares at me with an awful look on her face. Like why aren't I helping their customer up their ramp. I am on my phone and can't hear anything, I'm not paying attention to their customer. If I would have been paying attention I would have absolutely helped her. This salon needs better customer service. She did a great job on the hair cut but she is not a nice employee, and terrible customer service.

I really needed a hair change after having golden blonde hair extensions for quite some time . I had been following Stephany Smith at Parlour Eleven on Instagram for a while and thought her work was absolutely amazing so I scheduled a consultation with her. Upon meeting her I instantly knew she could transform my hair to whatever I asked for. We came up with a plan and I scheduled an appt to put in new extensions and do a rose gold with dark roots . She nailed it ! It was perfect exactly what I had pictured all along not to mention my extensions were placed perfectly. ( picture 1) Afrer getting my hair done wherever I went I was stopped by people telling me how beautiful it was. Just last week I went back to see Stephany for an extension tightening and color touch up . I’m heading to Hawaii for vacation and I know my hair will fade a lot because I will be in the water every day . So I decided to go brighter and more colorful this time around. I told Stephany to do whatever she wanted and it came out beautiful ( 2nd and 3rd pictures ) Stephany is a color specialist extension master and all around hair genius . She genuinely cares about her customers making them feel comfortable and special. She wants to give them exactly what they ask for each Time you are in her chair . She takes the ultimate pride in her work, creating these hair masterpieces . She is a true artist in every sense of the word.

My girl Shelby is always killing it! Absolutely love her and trust her opinion. I go to her for fantasy hair color and she chooses the perfect color combo for my complexion. I’ve seen the other artists here doing absolutely amazing as well. Everyone here is very on trend with the hair styles. My hair stylist is @paintitblonde on Instagram, definitely take a look at her work! They’ve been following all COVID-19 precautions. Everyone where’s a mask, hair stylists wear gloves, dividers between stations and front door open for air circulation!
